Compliance Discovery and Analysis

• Partner with the Group Compliance to identify and interpret new and existing technology-related regulatory requirements (e.g. Payment Service Act, PDPA, Resource Sustainability Act) and their impact on the organisation.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads to assess the applicability of these requirements to specific systems, applications, and processes.
• Conduct compliance gap assessments to discover areas where technology controls may not align with mandatory obligations.

Compliance Tracking and Remediation

• Establish and manage a central repository for tracking identified compliance gaps, their owners, and remediation timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Technology teams and Group Compliance, facilitating discussions to ensure remediation plans are practical and effective.
• Monitor the progress of remediation activities, providing project management support to ensure deadlines are met and escalating roadblocks as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external IT audits, coordinating the process from planning and evidence gathering to validating management's remediation plans.

Compliance Reporting and Monitoring

• Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into the technology compliance posture.

Qualifications & Experience

Position summary

Act as a technical expert in healthcare quality and regulatory analytics. Combine advanced quantitative analysis, data engineering, and quality system expertise to build stakeholder-specific reporting, develop AI-enabled quality tools, and integrate/manage third-party quality applications to support compliance, continuous improvement, and executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities (primary)

• Perform advanced quantitative data analysis: build statistical and machine learning models for trend detection, root-cause analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and risk stratification

• Design, build, and maintain stakeholder-specific dashboards and reports (executive, regulatory) using Power BI tools and data visualization best practices; deliver actionable insights and data storytelling.

Responsibilities:
The IT Quality Assurance & Reliability Engineer ensures all new systems, changes, and deployments enter production stable, secure, and defect‑free, and that operational environments maintain high reliability and performance. This role embeds preventive quality practices into the full change lifecycle, including design, build, test, release, and operations, to deliver a consistently high‑quality experience for our end users. This role will serve as an independent assurance function within the IT Department. The key responsibilities of the IT Quality Assurance & Reliability Engineer include:

1.      Quality & Release Assurance

• Define, develop, and maintain quality standards, release gates, and Go‑Live checklists across all services for new system deployments and major change requests.

• Translate requirements and risks into testable acceptance criteria and quality exit gates.

• Ensure test environments maintain prod‑like fidelity, including configuration parity and dependency checks.

• Assess risk and soundness of testing strategies (functional, performance, security, resilience, automation).

• Enforce pre‑ and post‑deployment verification, including capacity tests, health checks, and progressive rollout.

2. Operational Reliability

• Define and enforce reliability standards for production services, including monitoring, performance targets, and production‑readiness requirements.

• Partner with various teams within the IT department to embed and maintain observability, monitoring, alerting, and actionable runbooks.

Skills/Requirement:
·         Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Security/Systems, or related fields.

·         Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in QA, software testing, and/or secure SDLC practices.

·         Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

·         Strong background in quality assurance, test automation, and technology operations.

·         Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC/GitOps, observability stacks, performance testing, and resilience testing.

·         Ability to review requirements for testability, identify risks early, and prevent defects proactively.
