Key Responsibilities

• Drive cost control and continuous improvement by monitoring quality costs (rework, waste, disposal, testing, manpower, packaging) and reducing defects, waste, and non-conformities without compromising compliance.
• Plan and deliver training for QA/QC and Production; build annual training plan; assess effectiveness; maintain training and competency records.

Main Objective: 

The Senior Compliance Audit Manager will be a valuable member of the Global Compliance Assurance Team and will support the development, implementation and oversight of Arthrex’s Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C)’s auditing and monitoring program, primarily for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
