Responsibilities

• Internet Banking Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for UOB Internet Banking.
• Mobile Banking Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for UOB TMRW.
• ICH Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for Integrated Multi-Channel Host.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
• Perform manual testing for functional testing and regression testing.
• Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
• Provide regular test progress to Team lead.
• Assist in admin work like data update and other adhoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Role is OT intensive during peak period (3-4 days/ week up to 8/9pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, document, execute and report on test approaches and plans.
• Collaborate closely with project teams as well as other relevant stakeholders such as end users, subject matter experts, technical teams etc.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for each release, which cover functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement automated and manual test scripts for both short-term and long-term needs.
• Conduct unit, integration and performance tests using various tools and frameworks.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and issues.
• Identify and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Execute ad hoc queries and perform exploratory testing as needed.
• You will assist the team in any adhoc work and projects as assigned
• Job rotation may be required as and when (however, you will be advised accordingly)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in UAT, business analysis, or project support within banking or financial services
• Familiar with UAT processes; test case creation, execution, defect tracking and reporting
• Strong understanding of banking products or processes; PFS or Wealth exposure is a plus
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders; able to engage PMO, IT, Ops and business users
• Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis; able to handle test data and simple queries
• Experience with testing tools or defect tracking systems (e.g. JIRA) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills; able to document clearly and provide concise updates
• Able to work in a fast paced project environment with tight timelines
