Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Technician, Warehouse Operations to support technical inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations, product quality, and process reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, verification, testing, and technical validation activities.
• Perform SUR, fraud checks, and other validation processes as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and product issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Support engineers in equipment setup, process validation, testing, and production readiness.
• Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and basic equipment repairs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, repairs, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with technical documentation, work instructions, and understanding of quality and safety SOP
• Experience with testing, diagnostic, or inspection equipment will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders to manufacturers/ suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance, and inventories control

• Escalation of orders with manufacturers/ suppliers to fulfill customers’ requests

• Inventory planning and control, expediting and follow-up on orders and shipments clearance, and management to meet customers’ requests (this may include short lead-time orders)

• Demand planning, material replenishment planning, monitoring of forecast entered by Sales team- highlight if the forecast vs actual variance is out too much

• To monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at safety level

• Issue of Purchase Order with correct Shipping/Delivery term and pricing

• Follow-up to ensure the best payment term is granted by manufacturers/ suppliers

• Checking on orders process and schedules with manufacturers/ suppliers, arrangement of shipment clearance for storage, etc.

• Perform Good Receive in SAP and validate supplier invoices

• Negotiate with sales and suppliers

• Performing shipping documentation

• Perform GRN

• Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics or related field of study

• Min 2 years in purchasing role or similar

• Experience with using SAP system

• Able to work in a face-paced environment

• Meticulous

• Able to handle large volume of work

• Able to read and converse in Chinese
