Monthly Salary: UP to $3300 (Negotiable)

Working hours: 5.5 Days work per week, shift basis (Working on weekends required)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience.

• Responsible for full staffing of the outlet (rostering).

• Train and assist retail sales team to provide best customer service.

• Actively assist to identify and solve any issues relevant to in-store operations and people operations promptly.

• Plan and manage in-store promotion events by working closely with the marketing team.

• Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure quality and freshness of products.

• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are properly maintained.

• Maintenance of outlet and equipment.

• Be open to learning new things and enjoy learning journey.

• Job rotation between various departments

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.

• Experience with the use of Excel

OrderManagement

• Process and verify customer orders from various e-commerce platforms (e.g.,
• Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, etc.).
• Monitor order status and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.

Inventory& Warehouse Coordination

• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Oversee picking, packing, and labelling processes to meet quality standards.
• Assist in planning inventory replenishment based on order trends.

Logistics& Delivery Coordination

• Liaise with courier partners and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipment statuses and manage escalations when delays occur.
• Optimize delivery routes and cost efficiency where possible.

Reporting& Process Improvement

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment reports for management review.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Support implementation of new systems and tools to enhance fulfilment efficiency.

JobSpecifications/Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in its equivalent
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of customer account management
• Friendly, approachable, and customer service–oriented
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Consistent with good attendance and punctuality
• Familiarity with WMS will be an added advantage
