A leading integrated environmental services provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive and driven Procurement Manager / Executive to support operational excellence and drive transformation through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection
• Identify, evaluate, and source advanced equipment, automation solutions, and smart technologies to enhance productivity and reduce reliance on manual labour
• Support initiatives to address challenges of an ageing workforce through mechanisation and digitalisation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including equipment suppliers and technology providers
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
• Drive cost optimisation while balancing quality, sustainability, and innovation
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports on purchasing trends, cost savings, and supplier performance
• Support tender submissions and contract management
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience (Manager role requires more experience)
• Exposure to equipment sourcing, automation, or technology procurement is highly advantageous
• Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or related industries is a plus
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with procurement systems/ERP is an added advantage
