Job Summary
Join Jamiyah FoodBank to support community welfare by managing food inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining warehouse operations in a multicultural, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound processing of food items to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to maintain accurate inventory records
- Load, unload, pack, sort, and rack food items efficiently within the warehouse
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability of food supplies for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible warehouse to support operational efficiency
- Escort Food Bank trucks during collection and delivery of food items to donors, sponsors, and beneficiaries
- Assist in transporting items and equipment to event locations as required
- Conduct stock-taking and support administrative tasks to maintain accurate records
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Minimum Secondary or O level education
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage stress with attention to detail
- Systematic and organized approach to administrative work
- Flexibility to work after office hours or on weekends during event periods

Location Jamiyah FoodBank, Tannery Lane, Singapore
Job Type 5-Day Work Week, Monday to Friday, Saturday once a month
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
