Overview:
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused intern to support daily content production for a Health & Wellness brand, as well as personal branding content (Mothers & Newborn lifestyle).
High performers may be offered full-time roles or promoted to lead content role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop daily content ideas aligned with brand direction
- Execute and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
- Stay updated on trends and adapt them into brand-relevant content
- Handle posting, captions, and basic optimisation (timing, hooks, hashtags)
- Ensure consistent output of 3 quality videos per day
Requirements:
- Strong interest in social media (TikTok / IG Reels)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Good sense of trends, hooks, and storytelling
- Responsible, consistent, and able to execute daily
- Bonus: Interest in health, wellness, or family/lifestyle content
Working Arrangement:
- Daily commute to office required for filming
- Flexible hours — may leave after filming and posting is completed
- Fast-paced, hands-on environment
Compensation:
- Base: $700
- Performance bonus based on consistency and content performance
- High upside for strong performers
