The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for an experienced Partner Leader to lead our ProServe Partner Business. You'll drive transformative outcomes for AWS customers through the ProServe Partner network, through: (1) focusing on AI and Agentic customer transformations, (2) driving intentional go-to-market with ProServe Partners, (3) ensuring secure, high-quality delivery through ProServe Partners, and (4) being a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our partners, customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes.

The Partner Leader will support partner, and customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead partner inclusive sales activity ensuring customer satisfaction for a defined set of partners and customers.

Your experience gained within the technology and services industry (and partner ecosystem), will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM systems coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. SMPs will be measured on the performance of their team/practice against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

The AWS Partner Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help our partners and customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

Key job responsibilities
As an experienced ProServe Partner Professional Services Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing high-performing Partners
• Developing and supporting execution of partner involved sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
• Managing partner relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities
• Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience

We're looking for an experienced demand generation manager to lead marketing efforts for flagship events such as AWS Summits/AWS re:Invent. In this role, you will drive audience growth and acquisition strategy, messaging and positioning, campaigns/promotions, and cross-organizational alignment and enablement.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in event marketing, proven expertise in developing and overseeing growth strategies, crafting messaging, and driving alignment across marketing. Experience operating in a global organization preferred. Excellent communication skills are a requirement, as well as the ability to analyze results, adapt quickly based on performance, and clearly articulate results to senior leadership.

Basic qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our web development team, translating business needs into action plans, keeping projects moving, and making sure every delivery feels like a win for the client.

You don’t need to be a technical expert, we’ll train you on the technical side. What we do need is someone who can stay composed under pressure, think on their feet, and manage conversations with clarity and confidence. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Project Executive position. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Leadership & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Understand client goals, challenges, expectations, and turn them into clear action items for the team.

• Lead client meetings, address questions in real time, and propose practical solutions when challenges arise.

• Manage expectations proactively and keep all stakeholders aligned.

2. Project Management

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects.

• Work with designers, developers, and QA to ensure smooth handovers and high-quality outputs.

• Track progress and flag issues early to avoid delays.

• Provide clear and concise status updates for clients and internal teams.

3. Problem-Solving & Adaptability

• Anticipate potential roadblocks and suggest creative, business-minded solutions.

• Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when plans change.
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role (agency, events, hospitality, account management, or similar)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to handle difficult conversations with tact.

• Solid organisational skills: able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

• Quick thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.

• Interest in digital projects and willingness to learn technical concepts (training provided).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix).

• Basic understanding of web development workflows.

• Exposure to project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.

• Awareness of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, analytics).

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field: business, communications, marketing, or related disciplines are a plus.

• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile) are a bonus but not mandatory.
