Primary Purpose:

A Senior Performance Analysis Engineer will serve as a technical domain owner while delivering capabilities in support of maintaining a high level of system quality and vehicle behavior for our autonomous driving technology. Different from a traditional Software Quality Assurance (SQA) role, this position uniquely cross-cuts across “testing and operations” functions on the right half of the systems V-model and “software development and systems / safety requirements” functions on the left half of the V-model.

Essential Duties:

• Take technical ownership of an entire domain/sub-domain/system/sub-system (e.g., localization, motion planning, perception, prediction etc.), and maintain deep technical understanding across the AV stack

Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Manage project scope, budget, resources, and risks across multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business units.

Oversee system design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.
