TCA Design & Build is growing and we need a Senior Project Manager who can own a landed residential construction project end-to-end — programme, site sequence, subcontractor coordination, authority inspections, and weekly reporting — without the director chasing a single item.

This role is for someone who has delivered Singapore landed rebuilds or A&A projects independently and knows the full construction sequence from demolition to TOP by heart.

What you will own:
Full construction programme from mobilisation to TOP. Site sequence planning and subcontractor coordination. Authority inspection scheduling and calling — hoarding permit, structural, M&E, waterproofing, TOP. Weekly site report to Director every Monday. Subcontractor management and progress accountability. Budget tracking in coordination with QS.

What you must bring:
Minimum 8 years experience in Singapore construction. Singapore landed residential rebuild or A&A experience is non-negotiable — applications without this will not be reviewed. Ability to produce and own a construction programme independently. Knowledge of the full authority inspection sequence for landed residential. Ability to control foremen and subcontractors under pressure without escalating to the Director.

Responsibilities

• Execute billing, receipting, and debt management tasks.
• Monitor and clear receipting and debtor accounts; respond to queries.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare debtor schedules and compile data for reporting.
• Complete AR closing checklist.
• Track outstanding debts and overdue payment interests.
• Issue reminders/calls, prepare ageing reports and overdue payment interest letters.
• Conduct debt management reviews with business partners and users.
• Support user acceptance testing for system changes.
• Contribute to the ongoing billing automation project.
• Assist with preparatory work for S4 Hana upgrade.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Leadership skills are needed in a managerial role because they will be in charge of delegating tasks to workers, subcontractors and other lower-level managers

• Communication skills are important to give clear orders and process complex information to then delegate to others in a simpler manner

• Time management skills are needed because, in construction, you have to meet deadlines. Each part of the construction project has to be done at a certain time so that everything runs smoothly

• Writing proposals and budget plans, along with documentation of the project to the client is an important aspect

• Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts and drawings of the project

Outlet Manager will manage overall operation of individual businesses. He/She will be reporting to Operations/Senior Manager in various aspects of operations including franchise operations and development, product development, outlet promotions, nationwide and local store promotional activities (in conjunction with Group Marketing Department)

• To assist existing franchise outlets on how to increase their sales and

their contribution profit margin.

• To provide service and support to existing outlets

• Maintain good franchise relationships
