Responsibilities:

·       Perform root cause analysis on incidents (application, batch and connectivity) and provide a solution for remediation primarily involving H2H applications where Informatica and Axway solutions are used.

·       Prioritize defects and plan for production release based on defect criticality or align with the quarterly release
