Job Responsibilities

● To perform document routing as a role of Agile Change Analyst

● Create and issue new document numbers and maintain the document number log.

● Distribution of controlled copy documents to appropriate departments.

● Retrieval of obsolete controlled copy documents from appropriate departments.

● To follow-up with the document owner on updating any expired documents.

● Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

● Diploma or NITEC Engineering or equivalent.

● Minimum 1 year experience in the manufacturing environment or in related field is preferred.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words and PPT) and Google Suite

● Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Self-driven individual with positive learning attitude.

Job Summary

Seeking a Contract Admin to support IT contract review and negotiation within the Strategic Sourcing Team, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation; Collaborate with SSP, Legal, and IT stakeholders to optimize vendor value and support IT initiatives with strong governance.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Proven experience in IT contract review and negotiation;
• Strong understanding of contractual terms, risk assessment, and mitigation;
• Experience working with IT vendors / suppliers;
• Knowledge of procurement / strategic sourcing processes;
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, and policy standards;
• Strong stakeholder management skills (Legal, IT, Procurement teams);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in banking / financial services environment;
• Exposure to IT sourcing, vendor management, or procurement operations;
• Understanding of IT projects (infrastructure, applications, cloud, etc.);
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools/systems;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities;
• Experience working in cross-functional and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers for various IT initiatives across the Bank;
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Sourcing (SSP), Group Legal, and IT stakeholders;
• Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Identify contract gaps, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies;
• Provide clear guidance and advice to stakeholders on contractual matters;
• Support vendor engagement processes and ensure value optimization;
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to promote a sound risk culture;
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of sourcing processes.
