Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Food Service

  • Culinary

  • FMCG

  • Cold Chain / Cold-room

  • Food Manufacturing

• Strong experience in operations management, supply chain, and operational improvement

• Hands-on leader who is comfortable working closely with operations teams on the ground

• Proven experience in warehouse management within the relevant industries listed above

• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, mentoring, and team development

• Experience working as part of a management team, contributing both strategically and operationally

• Solid experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimisation

• Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset

• Experience in the food service or culinary industry

• Proficiency in operational systems and software tools is a plus

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to SGD 12,000 basic + $100 mobile allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Candidate must be comfortable with hands-on operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for deployment across multiple sites

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems

• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with client requirements

• Manage field service engineers and technicians

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and service SOPs

• Ensure SLA compliance and minimize downtime of deployed robots

• Lead and manage operations, service, and support teams

• Plan manpower allocation based on project and maintenance needs

• Drive performance management and team development

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

• Monitor operational costs, including manpower and logistics

• Optimize resource utilization and vendor management

• Act as key point of contact for operational matters with clients

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams

• Provide feedback on product performance and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field

• Minimum 8–12 years of operations experience, preferably in automation, or engineering services

• Strong experience in field service operations / technical deployment

• Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams

• Knowledge of IoT, or automation solutions is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in autonomous systems / logistics automation

• Familiar with service contracts, SLA management, and maintenance operations
