Policy Oversight & Advisory

Legal & Documentation

• Review treasury-related documents (e.g. banking agreements, KYC, board resolutions, FATCA/CRS forms) to identify risks and key obligations
• Highlight important clauses and coordinate with internal stakeholders on required amendments
• Manage bank account administration including opening, closing, and signatory updates
• Support bank guarantee applications and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
• Maintain records of authorized signatories and ensure updates across banking platforms
• Prepare periodic confirmations for bank accounts and guarantees
• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with internal controls

Treasury Operations & Systems

• Maintain bank account data and cash structures in Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Record treasury transactions such as trade finance, FX, and intercompany loans in systems (e.g. SAP)
• Support and administer treasury systems and e-banking platforms
• Provide user support and basic troubleshooting for internal stakeholders
• Ensure secure banking connectivity and adherence to control and security requirements

Projects & Support

• Support treasury-related projects including system implementation and entity onboarding/offboarding
• Assist in process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support for treasury activities
