The Role

We are seeking a Global IT Operations Manager to build and operationalize Multiplier’s IT foundation across both the HoldCo and our portfolio companies.

This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role responsible for designing scalable IT systems, access governance, endpoint management, and SaaS lifecycle processes that support a globally distributed organization. • Monitoring and following parts orders including addressing back orders through interaction with process support teams(expediting, purchasing, warehouse, quality, etc)
• Develop & implement solutions based on root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of defects
• Responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.
• Building rapport and communicating on a regular basis with the appropriate facility and process partner contact on order status and details while developing an understanding of expectations of the business segment being supported.
• a.    Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective network customer service sstaff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates.
• b.    This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions.

What You Have:

• Bachelor degree / Diploma with at least 3years’ experience in supply chain domain
• MS-Office skills and good presentation skills
• Personal computer skills are required and familiarity with various software packages are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and background
• Ability to handle dealer concerns and complaints effectively and negotiate best solution among many parties involved
• Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform lab analytical and testing accurately and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.

• Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and On the Job Training (OJTs) for the laboratory.

• Perform equipment qualification and analytical method validation where required.

• Perform laboratory equipment verification and calibration in accordance to procedures where required

• Perform review and approval of test results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  

Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in science/pharma related courses

• No experience is needed as training is provided

Job Description:

• Maintain and enhance IT policies, processes and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
• Lead end-to-end IT audits and regulatory inspections, including response coordination and remediation tracking.
• Assess control gaps against MAS guidelines and monitor corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on IT risk matters and update management on audit and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT governance, audit, technology risk or IT compliance.
• Strong understanding of MAS TRM and relevant IT governance frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience in managing IT audits and engaging regulators.
