In addition to keeping systems secure, reliable, and well run, the IT Manager will lead digital improvement initiatives, including automation and the practical use of AI, to reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the firm, acting as both the firm’s primary technical expert and its technology improvement lead.

Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑Day IT Operations

• Manage the firm’s end‑to‑end IT environment (infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud).
• Act as the main technical escalation point, handling complex and Level 3 issues.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, documentation, and system architecture.
• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable day‑to‑day IT operations.

User Support& Core Systems

• Provide practical, responsive IT support to lawyers and business staff.
• Manage and improve key systems, including Document Management Systems (DMS), Practice management, billing, and time recording systems, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, and Litigation and legal‑specific applications
• Handle IT onboarding/offboarding, device setup, access permissions, and account management.
• Manage IT equipment, inventory, and asset life cycle.
• Help users adopt technology effectively and resolve issues quickly, including providing training where necessary.

Cybersecurity& Data Protection

• Strengthen the firm’s cybersecurity and data protection measures.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security, access controls, backup, and recovery systems.
• Carry out regular risk reviews and security checks.
• Ensure systems meet confidentiality, data protection, and regulatory expectations for legal practice.

Digital Improvement, Automation & AI

• Identify areas where technology can reduce manual work or inefficiencies.
• Implement automation, system integrations, and digital workflow improvements.
• Introduce practical, business‑ready AI tools that support legal work and internal operations.
• Review and recommend legal tech solutions that deliver clear value.

Technology Planning & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain a clear technology roadmap aligned with firm strategy.
• Proactively identify system gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Balance innovation with security, reliability, and cost control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience (role scope aligned with experience).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365 administration and security, and Networking, infrastructure, and cloud services
• Advanced troubleshooting and system administration
• Experience with legal systems or DMS is an advantage.

We are seeking a BI Analyst (Reporting Support) to provide operational support for business-critical sales reporting platforms across a global environment. This role is part of a follow-the-sun support model, covering both B2C (Consumer) and B2B (Business & Education) reporting ecosystems. The ideal candidate has strong data analysis skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability to investigate data issues and clearly communicate insights to business users.

The Financial Analyst will provide finance support to the Integrated OSD and API Operations (IOAO). These key support activities include inventory management and toll manufacturing oversight of with vendors, financial month-end close and operation variances performance reporting. The position will also ensure internal controls compliance and Manufacturing Supply Agreement (MSA) governance.

The Financial Analyst is responsible to lead the financial month-end close review meetings and routine operational reviews with the IOAO Finance team, IOAO Supply Chain team and External Supply Operation Leads.  The role will also liaise with extended functional teams such as Global Business Services (GBS) organization and other external services support such as Global Supply Chain, Intercompany operations, and PRIME.

Roles Responsibilities:

Inventory Management& Toll Manufacturing Oversight:

·      Ensure the compliance of the inventory accounting policies and internal controls.

·      Monitoring of the inventory obsolescence and risks and assist with the provision of distressed inventory with contract manufacturers.

·      Monitor Inventory Tolling Reconciliations and provide the backflush MUV analysis for month-end reviews

·      Tracks and summarize IOAO Inventory holdings and support working capital reporting

·      Support PRIME reporting and submission of intercompany profit mark-up sales and inventory holdings

·      Perform GRIR reconciliations and follow up with respective stakeholders

·      Review the services for IOAO internal tolling operations, develop transition plan with stakeholder RACI charts.

·      Participate in Finance integration projects and systems migration

Financial Planning and Analysis:

·      Support financial budgeting, forecasting, actuals reporting and operational metrics tracking

·      Perform analysis on production variances, cost revisions and variance deferral/amortization on a net cost basis

·      Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support recommendations

·      Maintain the relevant cost standards in SAP& Markup Systems.

·      Identify and drive continuous process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.

Other Supported Areas of Operation:

·      Support the month-end routines for IOAO External Supply and Supply Chain

·       Represent finance to provide wide-ranging business partnering support to IOAO operations in managing the global supply of Oral Solid Dose (OSD) and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)

·       Prepare and submit Cadency Balance Sheet account reconciliations

·      Coordinate new cost centers creation and cost center tagging review

·      Provide financial analysis and evaluations for Plant Network Strategy analysis, Product launches, transfers and SKU rationalization

·      Maintain work instructions, training, and business partnership communications

·      Support Finance and other site initiatives as required

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

·      Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred (ACCA,CA, CGMA, CPA equivalent)

·      Manufacturing costing and freight logistics management experience will be an advantage

Technical Knowledge:
