Job Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the ride‑hailing marketplace.
• Support the development and evaluation of pricing strategies, fares, promotions, and incentives through data-driven analysis.
• Analyze demand patterns, rider and driver behavior, and price elasticity to assess the impact of pricing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing actions and market dynamics, translating findings into actionable pricing recommendations.
• Track pricing performance and conduct post‑implementation analyses to evaluate effectiveness and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. demand, supply, marketing, product) to gather inputs and align pricing decisions.
• Prepare pricing insights, recommendations, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and contribute to special projects, including automation of recurring pricing analyses where appropriate.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in data or business analytics, preferably within a two‑sided marketplace (e.g., ride‑hailing, food delivery, or other digital platform businesses).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and pricing model development.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, and experimentation techniques (e.g., A/B testing)..
• Prior experience with analytics automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity in analysis and automation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience working with real-time ML systems, even at a project or academic level.

Legal & Documentation Responsibilities (Key Focus Area)

 Review treasury-related legal documents — including banking agreements, trade finance instruments, KYC packages, Board Resolutions, and CRS/FATCA forms, to identify potential risks, obligations, and operational impacts.

 Highlight key clauses, propose amendments, and escalate potential legal or contractual issues to the internal Legal team for further review.

 Prepare, coordinate, and manage global banking documentation, including bank account opening, closing, mandate updates, and signatory changes.

 Support global bank guarantee applications and ensure all supporting documents meet legal and compliance requirements.

 Maintain the master list of authorized signatories and ensure timely updates with banks and e-banking platforms across all global entities.

 Prepare and distribute annual confirmations of bank accounts and bank guarantees, ensuring documentation completeness and compliance alignment.

 Ensure proper documentation management, data archiving, and adherence to internal control standards and regulatory requirements.

Treasury Operations & System Responsibilities

 Maintain and update bank account data, structures, and cash-pooling configurations within the Treasury Management System (TMS).

 Ensure accurate, timely recording of trade finance transactions, FX deals, and intercompany loans in TMS and SAP.

 Administer and maintain treasury-related systems (e.g., TMS, SAP S/4HANA, and e-banking platforms).

 Provide system support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance to internal stakeholders.

 Ensure secure banking connectivity and compliance with payment security, data protection, and internal control requirements.

Strategic & Project Support

 Support M&A activities by integrating newly acquired entities into treasury systems and managing Treasury separation for divested entities, including related documentation.

 Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and digitalize treasury processes and documentation workflows.

 Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth Treasury Middle Office operations.
