Temporary Data Entry Clerk for 1 to 2 months to assist the Accounts & Admin department with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks. You will accurately input, update, and maintain operational records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Accurately input data into operational systems to maintain up-to-date records
Update existing records to reflect current information for operational accuracy
Maintain filing systems to organize documents for easy retrieval and reference
Perform administrative tasks to support the Accounts & Admin department’s daily operations
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity by handling sensitive information securely
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our logistics team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining logistics and shipment data in company systems while ensuring data accuracy and completeness. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scanning and digital filing of documents, invoices, and receipts.
Perform general administrative duties related to accounting and finance.
Requirements:
Proficient in UBS and Xero accounting software ; no prior experience required - training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of invoicing is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
