POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Skillset

- Up to 4 years of IT experience

- Proven analytical abilities with solid experience in a Production Support setting.

- Strong SQL and Unix shell scripting

- Incident, problem, and service Outage management experience is Plus.

- Good Communication and Articulation Skills

- Familiarity with Teradata or Hadoop.

- Familiarity with any job scheduling tool.

Roles/Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot Batch Issues & root causes to Mitigate Impacts to SLA

- Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Provide operational support and ensure SLI of Applications

- Proactively Identify and Identify opportunities for preventive Maintenance

- Respond on time to the queries raised by various business units

- Provide Timely updates (Status, Progress, Issues, Resolutions) to Business Stakeholders

- Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercise

Role Summary

This role supports the day-to-day operations of digital customer engagement within the Operations Division. The focus is on managing customer interactions, analyzing engagement data, and improving response workflows across digital channels (e.g. chatbot).

Job Duties:

• Implement initiatives to improve usage of chatbots.
• Introducing features and functionalities that are aligned with the user’s needs. This can be gauged through usage patterns, enquiries received at touchpoints
• Engage with distribution teams to conduct training sessions and sourcing feedback on areas of improvements
• Coordinating with relevant teams such as UI/UX, technology, etc.to explore areas of improvement and reduce poor experience
• Working with business champions to understand context, topics, and types of questions, they expect customers and financial consultants to ensure that the bot is equipped with appropriate responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product requirements.
• Managing the chatbot contents by monitoring daily chatbot performance on dashboards, designing conversations that customers and/or advisors can connect with when they interact with the chatbot
• Review the conversation flows to include disambiguation questions that will lead to a correct response
• Study the pattern of users and their usage journey, review key metrics and reports,
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
• Hands-on relevant data management.
• Basic analytics (Excel/BI); interpret platform dashboards and export reports.
• Sound knowledge chatbot concept, tools, and other frameworks
• Exposure to CRM/Contact Center tools (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) is a plus.
• At least 1-year of relevant experience
