ROLE PURPOSE

The O2C Lead is the end-to-end design and delivery authority for the Order-to-Cash workstream across an S/4HANA transformation programme. • Assist in GST, WHT, Corporate tax and other tax-related matters;
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails, update SOPs, and uphold strong internal control and governance standards within the Accounts team;
• Other ad-hoc assignment as required.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking regulatory reporting, or banking audit experience in Big 4 accounting firms;
• Experience in MAS regulatory reporting is preferred;
• Experience in system enhancement, UAT testing, finance transformation initiatives, or regulatory reporting project is a plus;
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and attention to details;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines;
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
