PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Supporting and maintaining the office network systems (Microsoft, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, Web Portal etc)

A PURPOSE

The Grant & Funding Advisory is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing government and private-sector grants, incentives, and funding opportunities that support the organisation’s innovation, digital transformation, and business growth initiatives.

The role actively monitors funding opportunities from public agencies (e.g., Enterprise Singapore, IMDA, EDB, NRF, GovTech) as well as private foundations, technology partners, and industry bodies, and develops proposals to secure funding for both:

• Internal strategic initiatives (AI platforms, product development, innovation projects)

• External client projects that may qualify for government grants or co-funding schemes

The position works closely with internal departments including Sales, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to structure projects in a way that maximises eligibility for grants and incentives while ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

B KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Grant Opportunity Identification

Continuously monitor and track available grants, incentives, and funding programs from Singapore government agencies and international funding bodies.

Identify relevant schemes such as:

• Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)

• Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

• IMDA Digital Transformation initiatives

• AI and technology innovation grants

• Workforce transformation grants

• identify private-sector funding opportunities from technology vendors, venture programs, innovation funds, and foundations.

• Maintain an internal grant opportunity register and tracking database.

2. Proposal Development & Submission

• Prepare and submit grant applications including business cases, project proposals, financial projections, and funding justification.

• Work with internal teams to gather the required documentation, including:

• Project scope and deliverables

• Technology architecture and innovation components

• Cost breakdowns and project budgets

• Expected business and economic impact

• Ensure all submissions meet the eligibility criteria, documentation

requirements, and submission

3. Client Grant Advisory

• Support Sales and Pre-Sales with product positioning, customer pitches, tender submissions, and commercial structuring.

• Provide training and enablement to Sales, Delivery, and internal teams on new and updated service offerings.

• Partner with Marketing to support campaign development, service launch communications, and customer messaging.

4. Grant Compliance & Administration

• Develop and maintain profitability models for the full portfolio, ensuring sustainable margins.

• Forecast consumption and revenue for CSP subscriptions and recurring managed services.

• Monitor product performance, utilisation, customer adoption, and churn; recommend improvements or retirement decisions.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• Experience working with Singapore government grant schemes such as Enterprise Singapore, IMDA, EDB, or similar agencies is highly desirable.

A PURPOSE

The Senior Manager will head the Digital & Technology is responsible for defining, governing, and executing the Group’s overall digital and technology strategy across UIC Technologies and UIC Asian Computer Services. This role provides enterprise-wide leadership over digital platforms, systems architecture, engineering capability, cybersecurity posture, and technology transformation initiatives.

A PURPOSE

The Customer Partner (MA, Hardware/Software) the company’s sales and customer management activities by handling primarily inside sales transactions, maintenance agreement (MA) renewals, and digital commerce operations as a secondary support.

This role focuses on customer follow-ups, quotation support, renewals administration, and sales coordination, serving as a key support function to ensure smooth sales execution and customer continuity. The position is designed as a developmental role, providing exposure to managed services, recurring revenue models, and digital sales operations backup within a System Integrator and Managed Services environment.

B KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inside Sales Support

· Support assigned customers with day-to-day sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing.

· Handle inbound sales requests and follow up on leads generated from sales teams or digital channels.
