• The Trade Documentation Executive is responsible for managing all export and import-related paperwork to ensure seamless international trade operations. Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation &Record Keeping

• Prepare and review essential trade documents: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
• Manage specialized certificates such as Phytosanitary, Quality/Quantity (SGS), and Insurance certificates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Diploma in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience

• 2–5 years in trade documentation or export/import operations, experience in commodities like CPO is  preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of UCP 600, Incoterms, and LC negotiation.

Software

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).

Soft Skills
