About the role

• Partner with copywriters, marketers, product, UX, and agency partners to ship integrated campaigns

Ideal Skills and Experience:  

• 2 to 4 years in art direction or visual design (agency + in-house mix preferred)
• A portfolio that shows both strong pre-AI fundamentals AND production-grade AI-led work
• Hands-on fluency Gemini, Firefly, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seeance, and Flux
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfort with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and composition — AI doesn't replace these
• A clear point of view on the ethical, responsible use of generative AI in brand work

Bonus points for

• Custom LoRA training or model fine-tuning
• ComfyUI node graphs, ControlNet, IP-Adapter workflows
• 3D, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, or Gaussian splatting
• Python or scripting to automate creative pipelines
• Telco, tech, fintech, or large consumer brand experience
