• Act as a liaison between production and other departments such as purchasing, QC, warehouse, and planning
• Communicate production updates, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders
• Provide administrative support during audits, meetings, and safety reviews
• Prepare reports including daily production summaries, downtime reports, and manpower attendance
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and meeting coordination
• Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Nitecor Diploma in Business, Administration, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in production or administrative roles is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willing to support overtime or shift work when required
