Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Finishing Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site progress for landed structural works (piling, RC works) up to high-end architectural finishing.

• Enforce strict quality control on architectural details, ensuring all premium materials are installed to luxury standards.

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of local construction experience, specifically handling landed properties (Bungalows, Semi-D, Terraces) or premium residential A&A/rebuild projects.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore building codes, BCA submissions, and landed property setback guidelines.

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical requirements for rail E&M systems in Singapore’s transit environment.
