• Oversee on‑site installation works to ensure security systems and blast mitigation measures are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and project schedules.
• Liaise closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to align security and blast mitigation requirements with overall project design and construction works.
• Lead standalone testing and commissioning of security and blast mitigation systems, and coordinate integrated system testing with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on security‑related works.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Security Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the coordination and implementation of integrated security systems and/or blast mitigation measures.
• Familiarity with public shelter requirements and/or hardened structure requirements is highly preferred.
• System Integrator Physical Security Course (SIPSC) certification is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
