Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT / AI industry or public services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivering end-to-end industry analytics solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, within the industry with either a consultancy or a technology company.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Studies/IT/Engineering or any other relevant fields.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry
• Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills Informatics/Computer
• Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.

Responsibilities:

• Standards Enforcement: Ensure all projects adhere to the DBS Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Agile frameworks.
•  Audit Readiness: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and artifacts to ensure compliance with internal risk management and external regulatory standards.
•  Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Working Group (WG) meetings, including preparing executive-level materials and tracking action items.
•  Budget Oversight: Track project spending against budgets, manage accruals, and flag potential overruns to Project Leads.
•  Resource Planning: Monitor resource utilization across various "squads" or departments to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal allocation.
•  Performance Dashboards: Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or internal DBS platforms to create real-time dashboards for project KPIs, risks, and milestones.
•  Narrative Building: Translate complex technical progress into clear, simplified status reports for senior stakeholders (e.g., VPs and Managing Directors).
• Proactive Monitoring: Maintain and update the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
•  Escalation: Identify critical path delays and proactively escalate issues that may impact the project’s "market readiness" or rollout.

Requirements:

• This role requires weekend on call support
• Hands-on experience in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Around 10 years of experience in PMO or business management within a financial institution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements andproject plans
o Supervise the project procurement process
o Meeting with project teams, collecting metrics, status report consolidation and supporting project manager for periodic project governance 
o Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has timely onboarding required consultants
o Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
o Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
o Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
o Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
o Perform administrative activities such as managing project invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other documents
o Highly accountable, dependable and takes initiatives
o Strong communicator and able to follow through
