Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the execution of the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business goals.

• Oversees the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports to senior leadership team and board of directors.

• Conducts in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into organization's financial performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Uses data-driven analysis to make strategic financial decisions.

• May assist with evaluation potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures from a financial perspective. May lead financial due diligence and integration efforts when necessary.

• Maintains relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects.

• Oversees the management of the finance information systems and necessary reports for critical analyses of financial performance.

• Builds and leads a high-performing finance team, setting clear goals and expectations, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Manages a team of Senior Finance Managers carrying out the financial management and control processes.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Finance related field preferred.

• Preferably post-graduate degree with extensive experience in a financial management capacity beneficial.

Required experience:

• Significant financial leadership experience in a related environment, managing people, processes and budgets to achieve corporate and divisional objectives.

• Significant demonstrable experience with and understanding of the deliverables of a financial function.

• Significant strategic planning experience.

• Significant in depth knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs, combined with strong understanding of business process.

• Significant experience managing finance operations on a global scale, including knowledge of international taxation, foreign exchange, and regulatory compliance in multiple regions.
  Extensive experience in specializing in financial perspective to drive business performance and business operational standardization.

  Extensive experience in working in Global MNC and/or High-Tech Industry

  Candidates who can speak Japanese will be highly of advantage

Role: Hands-on MSSQL Database Administrator role focused on production support, database maintenance, automation, troubleshooting, patching/upgrades, and ensuring business-critical databases remain available and performant.

Requirement:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in MSSQL 2019/2022/2025 Database Administration.

Perform production support administration tasks including proactive monitoring, maintenance and on-call support to ensure availability and performance requirements are met.

Involve in operational automation process that covers monitoring, maintenance and standard changes.

Provide root cause analysis for problems and take action to mitigate future errors.

Support the operations team in capacity planning, volumetric analysis, execution of database change requests.

Serve as a technical expert for project teams throughout the implementation and maintenance of assigned projects.

Monitor and refine processes, procedures, and systems to optimize operational stability and / or integrity and recommends and / or implements improvements.

Demonstrate the ability to write complex shell scripts for operational maintenance and automation.

Experience in upgrade and patching database instances across multiple Database Management Systems with minimum disruption to application.

Hands on experience in troubleshooting on patching issue and raise case with vendor, follow up for fixing.

Coordinate with application team on decision and schedule to patch.
