Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

•Monitor payment flows, operational dashboards, alerts, and system monitoring tools to identify exceptions, anomalies, and service disruptions.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

•3–6 years of experience in payments, or settlement investigations, technical operations, production support, systems analysis, or a related function.

•Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot transaction processing issues.

•Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and transaction processing workflows.

•Familiarity with SQL or database querying for investigation and reconciliation purposes is advantageous.

•Exposure to production support, incident management, or technical troubleshooting environments is preferred.

•Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are looking for a high-caliber Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate is a "Hands-on Leader" who possesses a deep technical foundation across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and excels in strategic Presales. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, managing cross-border teams, and acting as the bridge between business requirements and successful technical execution. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

A. Presales & Technical Consulting 

• Bid Management: Lead technical responses for strategic RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs, ensuring all business and technical requirements are thoroughly addressed. 

• Solutioning & Estimation: Develop detailed Fixed-Price Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and high-level project roadmaps. 

• Resource Planning: Build comprehensive Staffing Plans, identifying key roles and optimizing resource allocation for bid competitiveness. 

• Financial Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution costing, pricing strategies, and "Win-Themes" for high-value tenders. 

B. Technical Governance & Architectural Oversight

• Risk & Governance: Maintain project Risk Registers and lead mitigation strategies for complex cloud migrations (Azure GCC 2.0, AWS).

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE 

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (GCC 2.0, APIM, SQL MI, Cosmos DB) and AWS. 

• Full-Stack Oversight: Proficiency in reviewing and guiding development in .NET Core, Node.js, Java, and ReactJS. 

• Database & Data: Expertise in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases, experience with real-time data pipelines using Redis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
