THE ROLE: Head of English and Learning Support

• Track and report progress against milestones, SLAs and key performance indicators

Cross-functionalLeadership

• Coordinate across application, infrastructure, network, security and vendor teams
• Drive alignment on solution design, delivery timelines and operational readiness
• Manage dependencies across systems and teams to ensure seamless delivery

ProductionStability & Risk Management

• Oversee production support (L2/L3) to ensure platform stability and performance
• Drive incident, problem and change management processes
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 10-12+ years of experience in technology delivery / program management within banking or financial services
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
• Proven experience in governance, reporting and delivery management
• Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management / OpenText - must have
• Experience in Agile / Waterfall delivery models

• Oversee the tech business and ensuring timely delivery on multiple ongoing projects

What we look for in a candidate:

• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
