Job Description:

- Provide support on vision software, GUI and SDK integration

- Robot application and AI functions

- Perform evaluation, proof of concept and create proposals for projects

- Support/install systems on-site

- Provide support on R&D for new technology

Requirement:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Physics related discipline, or a combination of education and work experience

- Experience in C++ & C# programming a plus

- Experience in machine vision hardware configuration, such as camera, optics and lighting is a plus

- Familiar with manufacturing automation, industrial controls and robotics is a plus

- Good problem solving, analytical, and time management skills

- Able to travel overseas, as required

- Fresh grad with keen interest in Vision will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver system reviews, tuning, and resilience improvements

- Resolve incidents, analyze problems, and drive recovery

- Collaborate on solution design and deployment with Engineering teams

- Define and enforce Linux configuration standards

- Provide technical support to development and operations teams

- Lead troubleshooting, RCA, and outsourced technical teams

- Plan and deliver OS upgrades, patching, and software upgrades

- Approve and supervise major change requests

- Conduct performance analysis, tuning, and automation

- Manage backup, recovery, and asset inventory

- Design access control frameworks and monitoring for service reliability

- Mentor junior engineers and support compliance/audit requirements

- Conduct capacity planning and performance management

Functional & Technical Competencies:

- Linux, Solaris, UNIX systems and services (volume manager, NTP, DNS, clustering, etc.)

- Troubleshooting and performance tuning for Linux/UNIX

- Linux server clustering implementation

- Information security knowledge

- Networking and data communication

- Middleware/app execution in Linux/UNIX (an advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, including:

  • Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and security configuration

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks

• Provide Level 1.5 support for Microsoft 365 issues and escalations

• Manage and support Intune and Entra, including:

  • Application packaging for deployment and removal

  • Configuration and Compliance Policies

  • Conditional Access configuration

  • Scripts and remediation activities

  • Application protection and AppLocker deployment

  • Device enrollment and device administration

• Provide support for:

  • Windows endpoints (laptops/desktops)

  • Printers and peripherals

  • Basic network devices (routers, switches, access points)

• Participate in MS 365, network, and infrastructure projects and implementations

• Research, diagnose, and resolve new or evolving technical issues independently
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in independent MS 365 administration

• Strong knowledge of Intune and Entra administration

• Experience with PowerShell scripting

• Good troubleshooting skills for Level 1.5 incidents

• Experience with Windows endpoint and basic network support

• Ability to work independently and proactively research solutions
