Job Summary

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA and network control systems to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with project teams and provide detailed system analysis and reports to support engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems to ensure reliable control operations.
• Manage, maintain, and resolve issues in Windows Server Operating Systems to support system stability.
• Apply programming skills in ladder logic, VBA, or other languages to enhance system functionality.
• Configure network switches, perform network diagnostics, and manage IP address settings for network devices.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on control and network systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and Engineers to support project execution and delivery
• Collect, analyze, and summarize control system data to prepare accurate reports for stakeholders.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in PLC/SCADA applications, network setup, instrumentation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Willingness and ability to support night shift operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• The responsibilities of the Support Engineer are as follows: Contribute to the handling and resolution of incidents.
• Contribute to the support of the RUN N2/N3 team and to the resolution of incidents/problems related to production.
• Contribute to the analysis of incidents by the IT RUN team, and recommend the actions to be implemented depending on the incident reported.
• Contribute to the implementation of developments to resolve the incident.
• Contributing to the unit tests and writing the documentation relating to the changes made before going into production. Contribute to the respect of commitments/SLA's
• Contribute to the respect of commitments in terms of deadlines and quality of provided work.
• Assist the RUN teams in production
• •Contribute to the validation of deliverables / procedures for the RUN/PROJECT team during deployment.
• Assist the RUN team with requests for training/technical consultation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or equivalent studies/ experiences

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Payment domain

• Good skills in development and coding (PL/SQL, C,C++,Java, HTML, Phyton, Oracle Data Base….)

• Hands-on experience in incident management

• Proven results-oriented person with focus on delivery

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units

• Ability to work under high pressure and provide clarity in confusion situations

Job Responsibilities

·      Analyze, design, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, testing applications.

Job Requirements

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

·       At least 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

·      You must be an experienced developer, with good experience in multiple system integration/interfacing related to reconciliations.

·      You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects related to reconciliations and is expected to support the Application Delivery Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.

·      Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems(where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.

·      You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

·      You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.
