REQUIREMENTS

Most low-wage migrant workers living and working in Singapore have limited social and family support. When faced with crises such as health concerns, workplace injuries, salary disputes, or loss of income, many do not know where to seek help. 

HealthServe is looking for a committed and mature team player to serve as an advocate for migrant workers by engaging, educating, and empowering them through outreach and engagement initiatives. This role focuses primarily on workers in the construction, marine, and process sectors, while also supporting programmes that strengthen their resilience, wellbeing, and access to support services. 

Key Responsibilities 

1) Outreach & Engagement 

• Plan, organise, and implement regular outreach and engagement programmes for migrant workers in dormitories, recreation centres, company work sites, and other community spaces.  

• Build trust and meaningful relationships with migrant workers through consistent, person-centred engagement aligned with HealthServe’s mission and values.  

• Promote awareness of HealthServe’s services, including mental wellness support, health education, and access to assistance where needed.

  2) Programme Planning & Coordination 

• Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, student groups, corporate partners, and community organisations to support outreach initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Director of Revenue Management, you will set and effectively communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality.

This position will lead the Revenue & Reservations functions for Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas. This position will base in Revenue Management Centre of Excellence (RMCE) Minor Hotel Corporate Office in Bangkok, Thailand and reporting line will be to the Area General Manager - Malaysia.

You will further support and provide guidance for pricing in F&B, Spa and Other Revenue generating departments. Further you will actively participate in the production of the hotel’s annual budget for all revenue streams and assist in the creation, update and evaluation of the hotel sales and marketing plan. You will be responsible for ensuring available technology (PMS & RMS) is fully utilized and understood according to the property specific business mix and requirements and to ensure optimal use. You will then measure performance on all distribution channels, to ensure that fair market share is well achieved. Key areas of responsibility include:

• To prepare weekly accurate 3 months forecast for hotel rooms revenue by Market Segment.
• To prepare monthly accurate rolling 12 months forecast for hotel rooms revenue by Market Segment.
• To set and effectively communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality, while supporting the other revenue departments for their pricing.
• To prepare and chair a weekly Revenue Meeting. Collate and distribute meeting minutes of notes on forecast and strategy changes, including weekly action plan.

What to expect:

• Coordinate and manage school visits for Museum-based Learning programmes, including handling bookings, enquiries, and welcoming school groups to the museum.
• Deliver mass briefings to  student groups of up to 120 pax and support crowd management during peak school visit periods.
• Prepare and manage programme logistics, including learning resources, security coordination, stocktaking, procurement, and updating programme SOPs and guidelines.
• Support the planning and delivery of school workshops, education programmes, and exhibitions, including coordinating equipment, assisting onsite or online sessions, and maintaining exhibition learning spaces.
• Assist with programme administration such as tracking KPIs and statistics, supporting research and content development, distributing marketing materials, and handling stakeholder communications and ad-hoc duties.
