RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/ she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. • Good experience of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), ability to support Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity
• Fundamental knowledge virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
• Experience with backup procedures and basic data recovery support.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, and patching processes.
• Hands-on experience with meeting and conference room technologies.
• Ability to work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and equipment support.
• Strong team player who works well with others across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Able to multi-task, work methodically, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support for clinical and internal systems, including troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation
• Assist in system changes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and minor enhancements
• Support user access management, system setup, and basic configurations
• Perform data extraction, report generation, and basic analysis to support operational needs
• Work closely with clinicians and users to resolve system and workflow-related issues
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution, system updates, and follow-ups
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and integration activities
• Assist in procurement, asset tracking, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and ensure proper tracking of issues and resolutions
• Support audit, compliance, and KPI reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Healthcare, or related discipline, with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
• Exposure to application/system support, including troubleshooting, user support, or ticket handling
• Experience in healthcare or clinical systems is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, or system integrations
• Familiar with Excel and data reporting; exposure to reporting or analysis is a plus
• Experience in procurement, administrative support, or operations coordination is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
• Able to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
