• Closely monitor ACMV systems faults and respond promptly to breakdowns, users’ feedback and queries and maintain regular discussions with maintenance contractors to ensure optimal system performance.

• Provide technical support and advice to project teams and users on ACMV installations for new developments and A&A projects, where required.

Requirements

• Lead and manage SOC team resources to ensure 24x7 security event monitoring, incident response, and timely escalation of cyber threats.
