We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager (ITSM) to lead the implementation of IT Security Strategy across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to uphold and enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident Response & Security Monitoring

• Work closely with SIRO/SIRM, IT Security Officer (ITSO) and SOC to monitor, detect, and respond to threats on-premises and on cloud.
• Lead Security Incident Response (IR) and post-mortem analyses for cybersecurity incidents arising from security threat events.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence related to cloud platforms.

2. Security Product Management

• Perform Vulnerability Assessments (Tenable Nessus) on applications (e.g. web client/server, mobile apps), networking and computing devices (e.g. firmware, Operating System).

3. Security Governance & Compliance

• Lead and conduct periodic security reviews to ensure adherence to IT Security Policies, Standards, Controls and industry best practices.
• Recommend and implement security initiatives and enhancement based on findings from tabletop exercises (TTX) and audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with secure configuration standards across network, systems and endpoint (i.e. CIS Hardening) at agencies.
• Analyse Vulnerability Assessment (VA) scan results, track and report remediation status according to the stipulated timeframe.

4. Network, Systems and Endpoint Security

• Manage, configure, and optimize security tools and platforms to ensure effective integration with network and IT infrastructure.
• Manage network, system, endpoint and runtime security of on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform regular reviews of accounts for both on-premises and on cloud systems/applications.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Implement and update security policies, technical baselines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain documentation of security incidents, vulnerability assessments, security checklist, security controls and policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to update security performance metrics, incident trends, compliance status and risk mitigation efforts.
• Ensure timely escalation and reporting of cybersecurity incidents to management and stakeholders.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Provide guidance and mentor a team of IT Security Officers (ITSOs).
• Collaborate with various IT teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Applications, Project) and external vendors to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
• Act as the key liaison with stakeholders (e.g. SIRO/SIRM, IT, Application Teams) and cloud service providers to align security practices with organizational cybersecurity strategies and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security leadership role, with preferably 1 year in Cloud Security.
• Singaporean only.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, WAF, AV, EDR, PAM, DAM).
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response processes.
• Good understanding of secure network design, endpoint security, and system hardening techniques.
• Familiarity with ICT security compliance frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and risk management practices.

Certifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer with Subject Matter Expert (SME)–level expertise in AlgoSec Security Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expert-level hands-on experience with AlgoSec firewall automation and integration with multiple firewall platforms including Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco FTD, and FortiGate. This role also requires strong hands-on expertise with enterprise firewalls and will be responsible for firewall rule migrations, automation, and Day 2 operations support in the Network Security domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as SME for AlgoSec, including design, implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization.
- Perform end-to-end firewall rule automation and policy management using AlgoSec.
- Integrate AlgoSec with multiple firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco FTD, and FortiGate.
- Lead and execute firewall rule migrations between different firewall vendors.
- Provide Day 2 operational support for network security infrastructure with a primary focus on firewalls.
- Troubleshoot complex firewall and policy-related issues across heterogeneous environments.
- Collaborate with network, cloud, and application teams to support secure connectivity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills

- Expert-level hands-on experience with AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer, Fire Flow, and AppViz (or equivalent modules).
- Strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto and/or Check Point firewalls (SMElevel preferred).
- Experience working with Cisco FTD and FortiGate firewalls.
- Proven experience in firewall policy design, optimization, and cleanup.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts including ACLs, NAT, VPNs, and routing.
- Experience with firewall rule migration projects across multiple vendors.
- Familiarity with automation, APIs, and integration with ITSM tools is a plus.

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3/L4) – Network / Security is an advanced, architect-level role across multiple technology domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, Collaboration). The primary objective is to design, implement, and maintain an enterprise network defensive architecture to protect data and infrastructure from sophisticated threats. This role acts as the highest-tier escalation point (4th-line support) to resolve complex operational incidents, ensure contracted client outcomes, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Architecture

• Security Roadmap: Define, architect, and champion the overall network security posture across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments (including Zero Trust and SASE models).

• Infrastructure Design: Deploy and manage core components like Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW), IDS/IPS, WAF, Load Balancers, VPNs, and Network Access Control (NAC) systems.

• Cloud & Segmentation: Design secure cloud networking patterns (e.g., AWS VPCs, Azure VNets) and enforce micro-segmentation.

• Policy & Governance: Establish and enforce comprehensive network security policies, standards, and baselines.

2. Incident Management & Operations

• L4 Escalation Support: Act as the final technical tier for complex incidents that lower-level teams (L1–L3) cannot resolve, performing deep root-cause analysis.

• Ticket & SLA Ownership: Systematically troubleshoot, log, track, and update tickets with resolution details within agreed timelines.

• Proactive Monitoring: Diagnose and investigate potential system issues and errors before or when they occur to minimize client impact.

• Emergency & Change Management: Serve as an emergency contact for critical, business-impacting outages and oversee strict change management protocols.
