•⁠  ⁠Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)

•⁠  ⁠Implement fixes, workarounds, and minor enhancements

•⁠  ⁠Support system stability during cloud migration (Azure)

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues

•⁠  ⁠Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures

•⁠  ⁠Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and security standards

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Minimum 7+ years in application support / production support / SRE / operations engineering

•⁠  ⁠Strong experience in incident management, RCA, and troubleshooting

•⁠  ⁠Hands-on experience supporting Java-based applications and/or .NET applications

•⁠  ⁠Experience working with databases (Sybase, SQL Server, or Azure SQL)

•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)

•⁠  ⁠Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical & business stakeholders

Nice to Have

•⁠  ⁠Experience in enterprise or government environments

•⁠  ⁠Exposure to cloud migration or modernization projects

•⁠  ⁠Experience managing vendors or 24/7 support environments

•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, App Insights)
