• Role: Combine data analysis and marketing leadership to build the foundational datasets and insights that drive sales analysis and market development using Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence software.
• Objective: Build and maintain the datasets and reports that define sales direction; turn those data-driven insights into targeted marketing and sales actions and guide and execute those initiatives.
• Marketing scope: Lead integrated B2B marketing activities — promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement — and guide the marketing team toward measurable growth.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; experience building reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
• 3-6 years professional marketing experience (B2B preferred).
• Proven, data-driven marketing, campaign executive, and lead-generation experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
