The IT Auditor is responsible for assessing the risks associated with a company's information technology systems and designing and implementing audit procedures to mitigate these risks.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the risks associated with a company's information technology systems, as part of statutory audit and internal audit
• Recommend design and implementation procedures to mitigate these risks
• Communicate audit findings to management and other stakeholders (Audit Committee)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in information technology auditing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or information technology.
• CPA or CISA certification.
• 2+ years of experience in IT auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) relevant to information security and compliance in Singapore.
• Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines and other Singapore regulatory requirements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct technical and Quality Management System (QMS) audits and investigations in accordance with client's requirements and specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering related discipline.
• Certified auditor with IRCA.
• Knowledge of the following manufacturing process will be an advantage:

1. Machining
2. Heat Treatment
3. Welding
4. Coating
5. Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)

• Technical knowledge to identify and comprehend in areas such as:

1. Design (dimensional requirements)
2. Performance/ testing requirements
3. Material requirements
4. Marking requirements
5. Packing / Shipping requirements

• Knowledge of API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (latest editions) Management System Standards.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical and quality.
• Minimum 4 years of experience performing QMS audits (second / third party) in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience in manufacture of equipment, inspection or other related activities within the oil and gas industry.
• Past documented performance history performing audits and / or other technically related services.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fluent in own mother tongue.
• Dynamic and confident personality.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel overseas (70-90%).
