• Manage and analyse business requirement in Core Banking systems focusing on PAYMENTs(SWIFT, Paynow, Duitnow, promptpay, etc)  and translate BRD into solution design.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payments Technical Analyst to support payment operations by investigating and resolving transaction discrepancies. The role involves analyzing transaction flows, reviewing backend system logs, performing root cause analysis, and working closely with internal teams to diagnose and resolve payment processing issues.

Responsibilities:

•Analyze backend application logs, transaction records and system-generated events to identify the root cause of payment and settlement issues.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support our APAC equities and custody offerings through strong product knowledge and integration tools. 

The successful candidate will be go-to expert for systems and Global securities integrations. You work with our API library and FIX integrations, whether it’s assisting new clients with setup, designing new features with the development team or testing releases.
