Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $3200 per month

Job Scope:

• Manage and maintain proper filing, scanning, and uploading of records into internal systems
• Ensure accurate tracking and storage of documentation in compliance with internal processes
• Review and verify voucher submissions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
• Issue payment links and follow up on outstanding or incomplete requests
• Maintain and update master lists of IT accounts
• Review device usage logs and identify discrepancies or anomalies
• Maintain tracking of after-office-hours system access
• Track referral data and support data consolidation for programme reporting
• Conduct follow-up calls or surveys with participants and stakeholders
• Support documentation of outcomes and follow-up care
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as required

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Experience in administrative, operations, or programme support roles
• Experience in handling data tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders
• Comfortable multitasking and working independently

Job Duties:

• Oversee the end-to-end operations and lifecycle of the assigned system(s) to ensure system availability, reliability, resilience, security, performance and scalability.
• Lead system upgrade, integration, change or migration projects.
• Oversee incident, problem and service request management, escalation workflows and SLA adherence.
• Ensure system compliance with policies, standards, procedures and regulations through regular security reviews and risk management; and maintain system documentation for auditability.
• Be the primary technical contact for the assigned system(s).
• Manage vendor, who provides 24/7 L1 Technical Support, and vendors’ service delivery, performance and compliance with requirements, organisation policies & standards and industry best practices.
• Manage the budget and expenditure for the assigned system(s).
• Oversee procurement processes, including tender specifications, evaluation and contract negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Experienced in Cloud computing. Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification, Microsoft Azure certifications or working experience in Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) would be advantageous to the candidate.
• Solid knowledge of IT project management. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL would be advantageous to the candidate.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or equivalent would be advantageous to the candidate.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.

Technical Product Sales Engineer

You will play a pivotal role in in bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. The responsibilities revolve around selling and supporting instrumentation solutions used in process industries.

Key Responsibilities

• To develop and maintain business strategies by achieving sales target and increased market shares.

• Visits customer to drive sales pitch and product presentations

• Ensure sales visibility through adoption of CRM, project pursuit list, weekly sales reporting.

• Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit target

• Align and link business strategies set by company

• Build strong relationship with existing and new customers

• Provide sales and after-sales support, in coordination with our internal departments and customers

• Prepare sales quotations in ERPLN system for customer.

• Follow up with after sales issues.

• Monitors sales quotation status and forecast.

• Performs order screening and preparation for clean order processing in coordination with the PMO team.

• Market studies and feedback to Head of Sales

Ensures proper documentation of all sales quotations in line with the ISO standards and processes.

• Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management and or sales manager from time to time

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and

maintain a competitive edge with the teams.

Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical or any Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales in process instrumentation, valves or automation or similar industry.
• Independent and team player
• Hands-on technical knowledge, product demonstration skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Excellent business communication and negotiation skills in English
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Confidence in closing deals and negotiating terms.
• Experience and a strong network in the process instrumentation and control industry are preferred.
• Project experience will be advantageous
• Familiar with CRM and ERPLN

• Supervise safe use of Makerspace tools and 3D printers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment.
• Monitor inventory and report damaged or missing items.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC certification.
• Experience with 3D printers and slicing software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Background in engineering preferred.
