- Manage daily HR administrative functions at the construction site office.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, onboarding, and offboarding of site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, including work pass management (WP, S Pass, EP).
- Liaise with relevant authorities, including MOM and Land Transport Authority (LTA), for manpower and regulatory matters.
- Maintain and update employee records, site manpower lists, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota monitoring.
- Assist in processing payroll inputs, attendance records, overtime claims, and leave administration for site staff and workers.
- Support recruitment activities including coordination of interviews, job postings, and candidate documentation for site positions.
- Ensure proper orientation and onboarding for new hires assigned to the project site.
- Monitor workers’ certifications, training requirements, and mandatory courses (e.g., safety certifications) in compliance with LTA and project requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving HR-related issues at the project site.
- Coordinate with project management teams regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific policies, safety regulations, and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower status, headcount tracking, and project workforce updates.
- Support audits and documentation requirements related to HR compliance for LTA projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry in Singapore.
- Prior experience supporting site-based HR operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with LTA project requirements and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Able to work independently at the project site office while coordinating with the corporate HR team.
