• Training Program Management – Coordinate, organize, and administer in-house and external training programs, including orientation for new employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirement

• Vendor & Contract Management – Source and manage external training providers, negotiate agreements, and handle contract administration in consultation with Corporate Legal

• Budget & Grants Administration – Prepare and monitor training budgets; manage training grants, claims, and training bonds

• Evaluation & Reporting – Conduct post-training assessments, monitor training effectiveness, and generate utilization reports

• Policy & Ad-hoc Support – Update training materials and calendars, address employee queries on training policies

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in L&D

Job Responsibilities

• Weekly tracking of onboarding emails (to ensure no emails missing)

• Weekly tracking of new hires

• Answering new hire queries

• Scheduling of HRBP presenters for weekly sessions

• Updating and uploading of New Hire Briefing slides

• Sending Calendar Invites to HRBP

• Enrolling new hires into Orientation E-learning on Workday

• Weekly tracking of attendance records

• Rescheduling of sessions

• Monthly submission of total new hires to Team Lead

• Sending Welcome Package email to new hires

• Tracking of form submissions

• Weekly packing of Welcome Packages

• Assist in creating and publishing classes on Workday

• Weekly tracking and uploading of enrolment lists

• Assist in withdrawals & reschedules

• Assist in attendance marking

• Assist in logistics requirement

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline

• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables are important)

• Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably

• A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude

• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong aptitude to learn quickly, pick up new skills and adaptable

• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work

• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work

Talent Management: 

Nurturing individual employee potential, skills and career growth through training, mentorship and specific development by building a strong talent pipeline, identifying high-potential employees and filling specific skills gaps.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management and succession planning strategy

• Lead talent assessment, high-potential (HiPo) identification, and internal leadership pipeline development

• Design and oversee early career talent programmes (e.g. management trainee) to build a sustainable pipeline of future leaders

• Implement structured rotations, performance assessment, and career pathways aligned with organisational requirements
  Implement executive and leadership development, including HiPo programmes and succession planning

• Manage succession planning processes

• Design and implement scalable talent review frameworks and processes

• Conduct development needs analysis (DNA) and curate learning solutions

• Implement capability development programmes

• Manage executive coaching and mentoring programmes (delivery and governance)

• Enhance onboarding and orientation using GenAI and digital solutions

• Conduct development needs analysis and offer appropriate learning and development opportunities

• Partnering with HRBPs on targeted interventions for critical capability gap

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering progressive learning and development programs that align with organizational objectives and address employee capability gaps.
