主要職責

• 管理和協調招募流程，包括職位發布、履歷篩選、面試安排和新員工入職。
• 維護並確保員工記錄的準確性，遵守公司政策和法律要求。
• 管理員工福利、薪資（不包括司機薪資）和請假申請。
• 協調並執行員工入職、入職培訓和在職培訓計劃，以促進員工的無縫融入和發展。
• 協助確定培訓需求，並支援員工培訓和發展計畫的規劃、協調和評估。
• 實施並監督人力資源政策、程序和績效管理系統。
• 為管理人員和員工提供人力資源相關事宜的指導和支持，包括員工關係和衝突解決。
• 確保完全遵守勞動法、法規要求和公司規章制度。
• 產生與人力資源相關的報告、指標和見解，以用於決策和合規目的。
• 負責辦公室行政管理，包括庫存管理、辦公室維護協調以及確保良好的工作環境。
• 組織和協調公司活動、會議及其他員工參與活動。
• 作為人力資源和一般行政諮詢的主要聯絡人。

職位要求及資格

• 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
• 至少 2-3 年人力資源和行政職能的工作經驗（應屆畢業生可考慮擔任初級職位）。
• 了解當地勞動法規及相關規定。
• 具備招募、薪資處理、員工關係和培訓協調方面的經驗。
• 對人力資源政策、流程和最佳實踐有深刻的理解。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體和人力資源系統/軟體。
• 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
• 具備較強的組織能力及時間管理能力，能夠同時處理多項任務。
• 高度誠信、保密和專業。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。

工作職責：

• 負責面試，為公司及其子公司招聘非管理人員和工人，以滿足其人力需求。
• 監督人事檔案和記錄的安全保管、檢索和更新。
• 跟進公司所有工傷事故案件。
• 負責與社會保險機構（SOCSO）就任何工傷事故索賠事宜進行聯絡。
• 確保所有向人力資源發展委員會提出的培訓申請都已跟進。
• 編制月度人力統計資料。
• 協助人力資源經理安排培訓項目
• 為員工提供心理諮商。
• 協助人力資源經理跟進生產部門的違紀案件。
• 根據馬來西亞法律的慣例，滿足外籍勞工的福利需求。
• 確保一般辦公區域、接待處、電信設施和辦公設備維護良好且處於可用狀態。
• 負責組織和確保公司財產的維護和良好管理。
• 為滾筒轉運至供應商現場購買保險
• 處理風險保險和保險索賠
• 協助人力資源經理監控保全巡邏報告、保全人員的排班和任務分配。
• 負責公司車輛的維修保養、所有權移轉申請、加油卡辦理、汽車保險及道路稅續期等事宜。
• 負責公司財產維護及租賃協議事宜。
• 負責辦公大樓的維護（蟲害控制、衛生服務、維修保養）及辦公設備維護。
• 與政府當局聯絡（Majlis Pembandaran、Jabatan Alam Sekitar、Pengarah Tanah dan Galian、馬來西亞投資發展局）

職位要求：

• 任何領域的學士學位
• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
• 最好有1至3年人力資源/行政相關領域的工作經驗。
• 必須願意在加影雙溪蔡工作
• 自備交通工具，能夠在加影工作。
