You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance our talent management and organizational performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools to track key HR metrics and workforce analytics
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, compensation, performance, and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR data models and analytical frameworks to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
• Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by establishing data governance protocols and conducting regular data quality audits
