Your role as Behavioural Analyst/Therapist:
Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify areas of need, and develop individualised intervention plans grounded in ABA principles. These plans should include clearly defined goals, targeted intervention strategies, and progress-monitoring methods to address challenging behaviours and promote positive social and academic outcomes.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to supporting each student's progress.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of students’ progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
Coach key partners about ABA principles and how to apply educational and behavioural techniques to carry out intervention plans in class and at home to support the students’ progress.
Facilitate training for staff to improve understanding on ABA.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the school's behavioural support programmes and resources. To positively influence the development of programs, policies and procedures to promote best practice.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioural analysis and therapy.
Attend IEP meetings with teachers when necessary.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, prefer candidates with BCBA / BCaBA / QBA / QASP-S qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in providing behavioural analysis and therapy services, preferably in an educational setting with experience working with ASD students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
