What you will be working on:

• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Automated Material Handling Systems to ensure smooth and continuous material flow.
• Monitor AMHS performance via control systems and dashboards.
• Respond promptly to system alarms and faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on conveyors, OHT (Overhead Transport), stockers, hoists, and related subsystems.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, breaks or other issues.
• Read and utilize maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals.
• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components.
• Interpret specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities.
• Perform regular inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear.
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company.
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance
• Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.

Qualification / Expertise / Skills

• Minimum ITE holder or GCE ‘O’ Level or Aerospace Engineering
• At least 5 years of experiences practical and documented aircraft maintenance experience
• Those with experience on any of the following type B737,A320,Fokker 100 & ATR would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Base Maintenance activities would be an added advantage

Job Summary

You will operate, maintain, and repair hotel systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will analyze utilities data, handle emergencies, supervise contractors, and support a service-oriented team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, preventively maintain, and repair hotel systems, devices, controls, instruments, and equipment to ensure reliable functionality
• Comply with established procedures including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Out-of-Order Rooms, and Emergency protocols
• Apply energy management practices to optimize resource use and reduce waste
• Analyze operating logs and utilities data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly
• Perform shift duties, maintain occurrence records, and take immediate measures as required
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, or retrofit of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems
• Respond effectively to repair emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure safety
• Maintain building services and equipment according to standards and requirements through improvement, maintenance, and repair work
• Address complaints from hotel guests and internal departments with timely resolution
• Perform daily startup, shutdown, and inspection of building services and equipment to meet operational standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and perform engineering housekeeping tasks
• Supervise contractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards
• Update daily maintenance logs and complete work order forms accurately and promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• NTC 2 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of related experience in facilities engineering
• PUB Electrician License or any approved license awarded by relevant authority for Electrical Technicians
• Physical capability to frequently lift and carry up to 20kg, stand and walk constantly during shifts, and occasionally kneel, push, pull, lift, ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
