As our Chief Legal Officer & Head of Compliance, you will be a permanent founding executive, owning OmniSyn SG’s entire global legal, regulatory, and corporate architecture from day one through international commercial scale.

Your initial immediate mission is to steer our proprietary point-of-care financial transaction clearing switch through the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Sandbox Plus evaluation tunnel to secure our commercial Payment Service Provider (PSP) License. Key Responsibilities & Functional Mandates

Phase 1: The Regulatory Launch & POC Phase (Months1–12)

Candidate Requirements & Technical Profile

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a reputable university. Admitted to the Singapore Bar or qualified to practice law in Singapore.
• Experience: 6–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). A proven track record in a founding legal/compliance role at a scaled fintech, digital payment provider, or within a top-tier technology/healthcare corporate practice group in Singapore.
