The Warehouse & Site Material Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring efficient stock control operations. The role includes processing and updating inventory transactions, receiving and issuing materials, preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices, maintaining related documentation, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, warehouse personnel, and project teams. The Warehouse & Sire Material Controller conducts stock reconciliations and cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, prepares inventory and transaction reports, and ensures all inventory records and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures. Lead and supervise warehouse assistants, drivers, and logistics staff. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies. Monitor the performance of warehouse operations and recommend process improvements. Ensure materials are delivered to project sites on time without affecting project schedules. Role Overview

Responsible for managing office fit-out / workplace projects end-to-end, from planning and site mobilisation through completion and handover. Accountable for delivery in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion and handover

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking
